Users with the role ‘email manager’ are only responsible for the management of the e-mail addresses of the patients that are participating in the study. This way work can be taken away from the data manager.
An email manager can:
- Look at and change patient details.
- Look at and change e-mail addresses.
An email manager cannot:
- Look at CRF information.
- Add, change or remove any data other than patient details.
- Change the settings of the application or study.
