It is unfortunate that you seem unable to log in to ResearchManager. We advise you to check te following points.
ResearchManager has a different environment for every institution. It somtimes happens that users try to log in on the environment of a different institution, where they do not have an account.
The link for the application always contains: https://myresearchmanager.com/NameCustomer
(For example: https://myresearchmanager.com/Cloud9 )
Check if the environment you are trying to log in on is the correct one.
Pay extra attention to whether you have the correct environment when you are involved in a Multi-center study. Sometimes as a user you have multiple accounts with different initiators (and in that case a different environment).
Expired account or no rights (anymore)?
After logging in, do you get the notification that your account has expired , or that you do not have the rights to use the application? Please contact your application manager within your institution. If you do not know who this person is, we advise you to contact the person that initially provided you with the account.
Incorrect username or password?
Did you enter a incorrect username or password? Then you will receive a clear notification of this:
By using the Lost password link you can change your password. Attention: You need to fill in the correct information on the next page, otherwise an e-mail will not be sent!
