Patient Single Sign On Login Activity Not Logged
For platforms using Single Sign-On (SSO), users can successfully authenticate and access the ResearchManager login flow even when no ResearchManager account is linked to their identity. In these cases, users received an error message indicating that no linked account was found. However, this event was not recorded in the Account Activity log, making troubleshooting more difficult. This issue has been resolved, and unsuccessful account linkage checks following a successful SSO authentication are now logged correctly in Account Activity, improving traceability and supportability.

Setting edit row allowed for the following roles in Review components
When editing a review component in the template, it is possible to configure whether lines and/or documents within the component can be edited after they have been reviewed. This setting determines whether editing is allowed, regardless of the roles assigned to users. We have now added the ability to configure excluded roles, enabling specific roles to edit lines regardless of the review status. -
Hide Label Description in Review Component
In the Review component, labels could be configured with a title and text, but the label description could not be hidden. This resulted in the description always being displayed alongside the label content. This issue has been resolved by adding the option to hide the label description, allowing the label text to be displayed across the full width of the review pop-up. -
Users-field in reviews component optional as SA
In the Review component, it is possible to add a user field that allows users to be selected. An example of an application of this feature is assigning a monitoring visit to a specific monitor. Previously, this field supported only multiple selections, allowing more than one user to be selected. We have now added the option to restrict the field to a single user selection. -
Add research/supporting departments as field to review components
It is now possible to add Research or Supporting Departments as a field in Review components, allowing departments to be linked to individual review lines. An example of an application of this feature is requesting a review from a specific department, such as when processing amendments. The field can be configured to allow either a single department or multiple departments to be selected.

Setting edit row allowed for the following roles in Review components
Bug fixes:
- Documents displayed in the Documents Overview that were originally uploaded in a review component were not accessible to users with the Researcher role. While other roles could view and download these documents according to their configured permissions, Researchers were unable to do so. This issue has now been resolved, and Researchers can correctly view and download documents from the Documents Overview in accordance with their permissions.
- When configuring a template, the preview function can be used to review the configured output. An error occurred when opening the preview for subchapters containing a Document Overview component that displayed documents originating from a Review component. The issue was caused by a visibility check that depended on the study type, which is not available in preview mode. This has been resolved by displaying all columns in the preview, regardless of study type.
