Go to https://myresearchmanager.com/NameCustomer . Log in with your username and password.
Attention: Does your organization use multiple modules within ResearchManager? In that case it could be that you first enter the module portal. Click on “EDC (Data management)”. Dependent on your settings it could be that you enter one of our other modules first. If you do not see “EDC (Data management)” in the top left corner of your screen, click on the logo you do see to get to the module portal. Then, click on “EDC (Data management)” as well.
Step 1: Navigate towards “notification > Overview”
Now you see the starting page. Place your mouse at the top, in the menu bar, on “Notifications”. Then click on “Overview”.
On the screen you are at now, you can see all the notifications you have received because they satisfy the filters that are specified in the notification settings, and you are marked as receiver.
You can sort the notifications in different ways. These options are lined in red in the image below.
By clicking on the column titles, you sort the list with notifications in the concerning column in alphabetical order. In the rightmost column you can check notifications as “Read”.
If you then check “Only show unread notifications”, the notifications you marked as “Read” will not show up on the list.
This can always be undone by checking off “Only show unread notifications” and “Read” of the notifications you do want to see in your list.
