A patient is, as long as he is located in your workset, always shown in the CRF. In the PSS-schedule he will only be shown when the following requirements are met:
- On the screen patient details the enrolment date and e-mail address are known for the concerning patient.
- There are one or more subchapters that need to be sent to the patient now or in the future. This is set by the data manager or the application manager in the schedule in Patient Self Service settings in Management.
