Extensive steps
Step 1 - Log in on CTMS
Go to https://myresearchmanager.com/NameCustomer . Log in with your username and password.
Step 2 - Via Main menu to Notifications > Settings
Now you see the starting page. Place your mouse at the top, in the menubar, and click on ‘’Notifications’’. Then click on ‘’Settings’’.
On the screen you are on now, you see all notifications you are receiving at this moment. You see the title, description, and who made the notification of all the notifications. At the bottom there is a button to add a notification.
Step 3 – Add notification
You are now on the screen to add a notification setting. Fill in the title and the notification you want to receive. Then choose in what status of the study the notification needs to be sent in, and what roles the notification needs to be able to see. If only you want to receive the notification, you do not choose a roll but instead select ‘’I want to receive the notification myself’’. On this screen you also choose whether you want to receive the notification by e-mail.
Furthermore, you can choose to receive an extra notification, when data is changed and no longer meet the conditions set for the previous notification. You can also choose to only send the notification to users who are linked to the study in question.
Finally, you add a filter. Click on the button ‘’Add’’. Now you select the component you want to filter on, and the type the condition needs to have – such as ‘’equal to’’ or ‘’contains’’; this is dependent on the kind of component. Next you fill in the value to compare with and click on ‘’Save Filter’’.
If you do not want to add the filter, click on ‘’Cancel’’ instead. With every notification it is possible to add multiple filters. This way you can very precisely determine what you do and do not receive a notification of.
When you have added at least one filter to the notification setting, it can be saved. To do that click on ‘’Save’’ below. You can now add more notifications. Or go back to the list with notification settings by clicking on “Back’’.
Step 4 - Editing and deleting notifications
If you have made a new notification , it will automatically be in the list with notification settings. To edit the notification, click on the pencil-icon (below ‘’Edit’’) or double-click on the notification it self. To delete the notification, click on the delete-icon. In the pop-up that appears you consequently click on ‘’OK’’.
