Extensive steps
Step 1: Log in on CTMS
Go to https://myresearchmanager.com/NameCustomer . Log in with your username and password.
Step 2: Navigate to Notifications > Overview
Now you see the starting page. Place your mouse at the top, in the menubar, on ‘’Notifications’’. Then click on ‘’Overview’’.
On the screen you are on now, you see all the notifications you have received because they satisfy the filters that are specified in the notification settings, and because you are considered a receiver of the concerning notifications.
You can sort the notifications in different ways. These options are lined red in the image below.
By clicking on the column titels, you sort the list with notifications in the concerning column in alphabetical order. In the right column you can check notifications as ‘’Read’’. If you check ‘’Only show unread notifications’’ above, then all notifications you marked as read will not appear in the list anymore.
This can always be undone by checking ‘’Only show unread notifications’’ off and removing the checking mark at ‘’Read’’ from the notifications you do want to see in the list.
