ResearchManager is the ultimate tool for collecting and registering data. You can easily set up a research, create patients and enter data in the program.
If you have the role of application manager within the application, you have the rights to fully duplicate an existing study: the general study information, the study template , even the stratification- randomization- and patient self-service settings. In this manual you read how this works.
Steps:
- Navigate through Main menu - > Management - > Duplicate a study;
- Select the study to be duplicated;
- Check the sections you want to copy;
- Click on “Duplicate”.
Extensive steps:
Go to https://myresearchmanager.com/NameCustomer . Log in with your username and password.
Attention: Does your organization use multiple modules within ResearchManager? In that case it could be that you first enter the module portal. Click on “EDC (Data management)”. Dependent on your settings it could be that you enter one of our other modules first. If you do not see “EDC (Data management)” in the top left corner of your screen, click on the logo you do see to get to the module portal. Then, click on “EDC (Data management)” as well.
Step 1: Navigate towards ‘Duplicate Study’
Now you see the starting page. Click at the top, in the menu bar, on ‘Management. Then click under the heading ‘New study’ on ‘Start new study’. Do you not see these options? Than presumably you do not have the rights in the system to start a new study. In that case, contact your application manager.
Step 2: Set up which parts need to be duplicated
Now you find yourself on the page to duplicate a study. At the top you select the study you want to copy. Then, you select the sections you want to copy. The settings for stratification, randomization and patient self-service can only be duplicated hen the study template is also being copied.
Step 3: Definitely duplicate the study
Finally, you click on ‘Duplicate’ in the bottom left. If you want to cancel click on ‘Back’.
