Among other things in this version:
Request users to provide a reason when rejecting a survey, visible in the Patient Audit Trail.
The audit trail now also tracks deleted participants without CRF data.
Chapter titles are added in CRF exports for better clarity.
The Exports audit trail now shows all export types, including procedures, participants, and queries.
Various bugs fixed, including decimals in conditions, empty matrix exports, and comments in the file component.

New
Reason required when rejecting a survey
A new survey setting allows you to request a reason when users reject a survey. The reason is stored and, from now on, also visible in the Patient Audit Trail. This gives you clear insight into why a survey was declined.Audit trail for deleted participants without CRF
The audit trail now also logs when a participant is deleted, even if no CRF data was entered.
Previously, such participants disappeared completely from the overview, but now a record will always remain.Chapter titles in CRF export
In CRF > Overview > Print, chapter titles are now included in the PDF export.
Previously, only subchapters, paragraphs, and component titles were shown, making it difficult to distinguish between identical chapters (e.g., at different measurement moments).
With the addition of the chapter name – shown as chapter name – subchapter – the export is now clearer and easier to read.More export types in Exports audit trail
The audit trail for exports now shows not only CRF exports but also other export types, such as procedures, participants, and queries.
An additional column has also been added to display the export type.
The following events are now always logged and visible in the audit trail:
Created
Downloaded
Deleted
This gives you a complete overview of all export activities.
Bug fixes:
Conditions on numeric components with decimals were sometimes not evaluated correctly because the comparison used a comma while the component value used a dot. This has been fixed by formatting both values consistently.
Images in self-service information emails were not displayed because they were not added as linked resources. This has been fixed: images are now displayed correctly in emails.
The overview of self-service email templates was not refreshed after adding or editing a template. This has been fixed: the overview now updates immediately.
When importing CRF data into a date/time component, the new time was incorrectly added to the existing value, resulting in duplicated times (e.g., 10:00 became 20:00). This has been fixed: the imported time now correctly replaces the old value.
In a CRF template with a recurring subchapter, single-choice or multiple-choice components without answer options produced empty matrix exports. This has been fixed: all data is now correctly exported.
In EDC, users were not prompted for a comment when making changes or entering invalid data in the file component, even if the option “user must provide comments on invalid/changed data” was enabled. This has been fixed: comments are now correctly required in the file component.
