New
- Show components based on study status
It is now possible to configure conditions based on the study status. Before, it was only possible to set up conditions based on other components.
You can set up conditions based on study status as follows: head to the template page (accessible via Management), and open the relevant chapter, subchapter, and paragraph. Select a component to modify and double‑click to open it for editing. Head to the Conditions tab. Under Type, it is possible to choose between Component and Study Status.
When selecting Study Status, specify one or more of the following statuses and then select the applicable statuses.
This new type of conditions can be convenient for showing information about the process to the user. For example: labels with instructions or images can be shown based on the actual study status.
- Upload documents to multiple rows in a Review component
It is now possible to upload documents to multiple rows within the same component in one action. To enable this feature, open a Review Component in the template. On the Specific Properties tab, select Documents in the Selection Field. Check the option 'Upload documents to multiple reviews'. Click Save to save your changes.
Enabling this setting allows you to add documents to multiple rows within the same review component.
Navigate to the relevant study and open the appropriate page. Click Upload documents to multiple reviews. Please note that this button is only available if at least one line has been created in the review component.
Next, select the documents and choose the rows to which they should be added. In the final step, confirm the upload to complete the process. The selected documents will then be added to all chosen rows.
Bug fixes:
- Selecting a field in the budget component previously caused the entire page to reload, which pushed the screen back to the top disrupting your workflow. This has now been resolved. The page no longer reloads unnecessarily, and authentication is handled instantly in the background to prevent delays.
