Steps
- Main Menu – Management – Template
- Navigate towards Study – Budget – Budget – Income or expenses
- Click on ‘’Edit’’
- Click on ‘’Specific properties’’ and drag the desired components to ‘’Active components’’
- Click on Save.
Extensive steps:
Step 1: Log in on CTMS
Go to https://myresearchmanager.com/NameCustomer . Log in with your username and password.
Step 2: Navigate towards ‘Template’.
Now you see the starting page. Place your mouse at the top, in the menu bar, and click on “Management’’. Then, click on ‘’Template’’ under the heading ‘’Study Management Template’’.
Step 3: Navigating towards the component ‘’Budget’’
Now you find yourself on the page with the study template. On the left side you see the navigation structure with chapters, subchapters, paragraphs and components. Click on the plus icon next to ‘’Study” , then click on the plus icon next to ‘’Budget’’ and thereafter on the paragraph titled ‘’Budget’’. Now you see two components on the main screen: Income and expenses.
Step 4: Setting up the budget component.
To link the budget components to the income and expenses component in the study template, you click on the pencil icon (under Edit) on the right side or you double click on the component to open the same pop-up. Here you go to the tab ‘Specific Properties’. Now you see two columns with budget components.
The components you want to be active for this part of the budget, are moved with the help of the arrows in the pop-up to ‘’Active components’’. Components that are under ‘’All Components’’ are not active for this part of the budget ( income or expenses, dependent on the component you are in).
If you are ready with moving components, you click on ‘’Save’’ to save, on ‘’Save and Close’’ to save and close the pop-up immediately or on ‘’Close’’ to cancel.
