Dear user,
We have updated ResearchManager to version 6.5. Read below which functionalities have been added, which improvements were made and which bugs have been fixed.
General
- For linked ResearchManager systems it is now possible to automaticly send studies based on a process transition. This needs to be set up first, if you are interested please contact us through support@myresearchmanager.com.
EDC: what is new, improved or fixed?
- From now on it is possible to set a maximum number of inclusions per study, this is possible through Management > General study information:
CTMS: what is new, improved or fixed?
- From now on it is possible to legally sign documents through eSign. If you are interested in this functionality please contact your account manager.
- After making a change in management menus where tables are present, the page would jump back up to the top. For example on the process transitions page. This has been fixed.
- On systems that had the language set to English, there was an issue in new Review components where the different tabs showed Dutch titles. This has been fixed.
- From now on it is possible to set up multiple e-mail templates for the same process step. Therefor it is now possible to send out different e-mails based on set conditions and roles.
For example:
- Send an e-mail to the researcher that the application was successfully submitted, and at the same time send another e-mail to the committee that a study has been submitted.
- Send an e-mail the legal team,, but only after legal help has been asked on the application form.
- When generating the study number we build in an extra check to see if the number already exists.
- From now on it is possible to set up the rights for multiple components at the same time. This can be done by clicking on 'Edit selected components' and then to click on the tab 'rights'. This only works for the general components, not for tables (for example documents or amendments).
- Some date-time fields in the Excel exports did not show as such. Therefor users could not sort or filter on this date in the Excel. This has been fixed.
